My 10 Observation in Pune while riding a bike

I have completed 1 year in Pune and I brought my bike in September 10, so almost 10+ month of driving experience. It was very challenging to drive on Pune roads, especially when you are driving a bike first time on your life directly on Pune roads.
With all that experience I observed 10 important things that I am sharing with you; I hope you don’t mind reading ?

1)    You don’t need to have any qualification / document to ride the bike on roads until the cop catch you, but when cop catches you there is no document that will save you from paying the fine (bribe).
2)    For any working signal if there are traffic cops at signal, then don’t bother about signal watch what cops are signaling, there action overrides any other rule.
3)    70% times the cops at signal are busy on cell and the percentage is more for the cops who are young and specially ladies.
4)    Keep safe distance in front as well back, because there are always 2 way risks being hit.
5)    At any time if you see the road getting forked ahead and you are behind a bike / car slow down yourself. They will take any road without indicator.
6)    If lady driver's indicators are on, don’t assume that she will turn on that side; she might forget to off the indicator on previous turn, so she might take another turn.
7)    On any given signal if you are in the first line, then start your bike before 10 seconds and move on the road if you stop till green, then everyone will buzz horn and will try to cross you from both sides.
8)    If bike riders are doing a overtake to you, then be aware that at any time they will be in front of you without any indication and if you at all hit them then you are gone, you need to listen all scrap things.
9)    If you wait at any chowk where there is no signal, for others to pass first then you will be at that chowk forever
10)    If there is narrow gap between cars / buses where it is hard for a person to walk, I am sure lady driver will surely pas through it.

IMP Note: These are purely my observation and not directly or indirectly pointing to any person / gender / city, if it happened to be like that, then that will be a purely coincidence.

To be or not to be ....

The life was never be a simple for me but I never complained about it and always found the way to go ahead ... and that is how I am here on my journey. I never cared for what I lost but I always worried about what I need .. I tried my best to achieve it. 

My life was always playing different rounds with me, where after finishing of a one problem, I have the next challenge to meet .. I am tired of doing that .. but now accepted it as a part of life that I need to live here. It was a magic that kept me alive and now I want to live and enjoy it to fullest. I want to forget everything except that "Life is beautiful, and I should live it fullest". We get this life once lets make it remarkable with our presence .. I am not talking about mere physical presence but the presence that will be here even after your absence ..

"To be or not to be" might be just a question to Shakespeare, but for me it was the point of life and death ... I am far away from the fear of death .. but I am so close to the charm of life ... I want to live because I want to take it to the point where I want to dissolve myself into the beauty in my surrounding. 

निर्लज्ज जगणे

स्वतासाठी जगले ते काय जगले .. समाजासाठीही  चला काही करू
हेच ध्येय आणि उद्दिष्ट मना स्मरूनी,  जीवनाची हि वाट चालू
अनेक उदाहरणे होती समोरी... आदर्श हि नव्हते थोडके..
आम्हीही मग उचलले पाउल .. म्हटले "दिखायेंगे ये भी करके"

अन्यायाला वाचा फोडण्यासाठी आता आम्हीही लढवय्ये तयार होतो
निर्भयता आणि नीती सारखी तत्वे आता आम्हीही जगणार होतो
रणशिंग फुंकले जेव्हा विचारांचे .... मनात दुसरे काहीही नव्हते ...
एकेक श्वास यास वाहू ... हेच मनाशी बिंबवले होते

उद्देश आणि कर्तुत्वाची पूर्ण जान आम्हाला होती
पण ना जाणो कुठेतरी काही माशी शिंकली होती
जगाला प्रकाश देणारा दिव्याला स्वताखालच्या अंधाराची जान नव्हती
जगा दिपविले उजेडाने .. पण त्याची खरी गरज त्याच्या घरालाच होती

आम्हीही असेच पामर, जगात क्रांतीचा डंका पिटतो
घरात मात्र रोज आमच्याच ... अन्यायाचा भडका उठतो
मलाच आज माझ्या अकर्तुत्वाची लाज वाटत आहे
तरीही मी मान खाली घालून अजूनही निर्लज्जपणे जगत आहे

From being a human to a successful person

We need to posses few traits for being a human and few more to be able to successful in life, I am trying my best to learn and act on them, what about you?

Never expect, you will get more

How to tackle people in life is a key. Whoever we meet in life, in office, in bus, train, or anywhere, our behavior should always cooperative and helping. We should not worry if those people will help us in future or not.

Always have at least one "Share drive"

We have lot of happiness and problems in life and we always need someone whom with we can share the things or get help to take decision. But we must need at least one person with whom we can share 100%, it doesn’t matter if he/she is parent, sibling, friend or partner or anyone. If we keep things to ourselves then we become exhausted, frustrated and anti-social. So open your mind and start to share you will never feel alone

Don't let your ego to take on you

Ego hurts more to us than others. Ego is speed breaker in our journey which keeps stopping us from reaching our goal. So give less importance to your Ego, if you do that you are one step ahead towards your goal. We should learn to dominate our ego.

Do something only if you believe it from heart

We should not do something which we don’t believe from heart. We can do our best only when we do it from heart. If we don’t believe something, then we will never able to dedicate ourselves for getting it done.

Don’t be common, be different

Always leave your footprints wherever you go. Always practice different way which a common person wouldn't even think. Being common it might possible that you will not be forgotten, but being different, you are assured to be remembered for long. You can bring revolutions only when you do differently. I am sure you all know the famous quote of Shiv Khera, "Winners don't do different things, they do things differently".

Random Thoughts

Thoughts  are always the reflection of our mind and what we feel at that moment. Being thoughtful is nice thing to have but action adds a life in it.

Few thoughts that are mingling in my mind, I want to share with you all .....

Open your mind and start to share you will never feel alone

Give less importance to your Ego, if you did that you already crossed one ladder between you and your goal.

Try to justify yourself dont debate

Confidense is the good thing but Confidense with calculated risk is the next best thing

Believe in others which will force them to believe you

The potential in us always leads us to fight against something which we dont like but the right direction to that potential will lead us to achieve something that we like

One can be "GOOD" with the best effort, but keeping it consistent and becoming "GREAT", is more challenging....

 

भूल जाना हमे तुम..

इश्क़ में हम इस कदर खोए, दुनिया को भूल गये हम,
जब तुमसे जुदा हुए, खुद को ही भूल गये हम..
कब तक अकेले रहेंगे हम, अब तो हमारा साथ दो..

हमे हमसे ही चुरा लिया तुमने ...
जीवन के इस समंदर से, किनारे तुम्ही लगावोगी लगा था,
पतझड़ में भी सावन बनके बरसोगी ऐसे लगा था ..

क्यू बदली तुम, क्यू इस तरह जुदा हुई हमसे,
खफा हुई हमसे इस तरह की बेवफा हो गयी हमसे..
प्यार करने की यही सज़ा हे, तो हम प्यार ही नही करते..
यू खुद को भुला के आपसे आँखे चार नही करते..

अब हो गयी खता, तो अकेले जी लेंगे सनम,
किसीसे क्या करे शिकवा, जब ग़लत खेल खेले हे हम
याद कभीभी करना नही हमे, चैन अपना ना गवाना तुम
बस इतना रहम करदो हम पे, भूल जाना हमे तुम..

Let one day, my brain to win...

My heart had always taken precedence over my brain. It was never the case that my brain given up... but heart always cheated it. Heart had always taken benefit of doubt. Why this happened is a mystery and I am finally going to unfold it.
Analyzing everything, considering the past experiences, calculating the risk, considering the context and arriving to conclusion is what my brain doing from years and more. Where the heart just believes what it sees what it listens, and still influencing over the decision / conclusion derived by Brain... Is my Brain stupid? And moreover who is giving those powers to heart, is a question straight to me. But if there is fight between brain and heart, then who am I to solve that and what’s my existence without them ... I am clueless ... But enough is enough I don’t want to do it again... I don’t want to be controlled by an emotion which is a weapon of heart but I want to get surrender to my brain... I am sure my future lies there ... heart can show me all colorful world but can break itself sometime leaving me nowhere ... However the Brain may take me from path of thorns, but I am sure it will take me to my destiny ...

Enough for the heart let my brain shine
Let it explore and let it make me fine...
Heart has ruled me so many times
Let one day, my brain to win...

स्वातंत्र्य कधीच मिळणार नाही मला ........

स्वातंत्र्य स्वातंत्र्य काय असते हे कधी कळलेच नाही मला
रटाळ या जीवनातील गुलामगिरी कधी कळलीच नाही मला ..
स्वातंत्र्याचा धडा जेव्हा गिरविला माझ्याकडून लोकांनी
आनंदाचा कळस मी गाठला होता तेव्हा ...
तरी खूप दुख झाले कितीत्तारी आयुष्य वाया गेले
कळसूत्री च्या बाहुली प्रमाणे कुणीतरी आपल्याला नाचवले..

आज मी स्वतंत्र आहे ...दुसऱ्याचा गुलाम नाही ...
स्वतः मीच राजा असा अनुभव दुजा नाही ..
काळ गेला थोडा ..उतरली धुंद..
स्वातंत्र्याने मी झालो बेधुंद...
मी काय करतो याचा मलाच ठाव नाही ...
हक्क हक्क म्हणतो फक्त, कर्तव्याची जान नाही

स्वतासाठी जगतो आता मारायची इच्छा नाही ..
स्वताचाच गुलाम झालो मी ..हे मला कळलेच नाही ..
जीवनाच्या पलीकडे जाऊन काय असते हे पाहण्याची खूप इच्छा आहे मला..
परंतु या बंधांनी एवढे जकडून ठेवलंय कि स्वातंत्र्य कधीच मिळणार नाही मला ... स्वातंत्र्य कधीच मिळणार नाही मला

Where we are on 62nd Republic Day?

I was happy that on republic day I will be at my home town and will attend the flag ceremony at my primary school. I was shocked when before leaving on 25th my friend called me and told there was some problem occurred near Malegaon. The news was nothing but a government official was burnt alive by a local oil mafia.

Whats going on in our country is beyond the terror. Poverty, Corruption, terrorism, illiteracy, superstition, crime are the keywords that we are listening in regular life now a days. Corruption is at its top now, whether it will be in Satyam Info, CWG, Adarsh Society or Lavasa, it is just reflecting the true face of India. The truth is that these listed corruptions are something beyond the expectation and are becoming there self records in themselves. At the same time we cant forget the other corruptions in Oil, Sand and milk are not mere normal adulteration but giving a birth to new Mafia's like Popat Shinde. Burning a honest government official alive is not only shameful but also forcing us to think if we are safe here?

Just pointing to politicians and system is not solution to such problem. In my perspective we the people are responsible for these situations. We are the one who chooses the politicians, we are the one who runs the government and we will only the solution to all these mess that created by us. We need to awake and do something. I am sure its not tough. Here is what I think we can do:

1. We our self take oath that we will not do corruption nor promote to corruption at any cost.
2. We should follow the law and will insist others to do so.
3. We should help the literacy mission and take active participation in it.
4. Vote is our right and it is a weapon in democracy, we have to use it in best way possible.
5. We should always be the supporter of Humanity and Piece.
6. Faith is individuals question, but we should not be dragged in Superstition nor we should believe it.

We have to build a Safe, beautiful and peaceful India where we will love to be stay.
I am sure We Will!!!
